Emily Oliver, PT, DPT
Dr. Emily Oliver has been a part of Premier’s team since 2020. She is a native to Washington County and a 2011 graduate of Williamsport High School.
Emily graduated with her B.S. in Exercise Science at Taylor University, in Upland, IN. She continued her education at Shenandoah University, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Since graduating from Shenandoah University, Emily has been working in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She has furthered her skillset and knowledge in the orthopedic field by taking advanced courses, such as the Virginia Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy Course Series (VOMPTI), and has attended the Running Medicine Conference, through the University of Virginia. She is a certified myofascial trigger point therapist and maintains a dry needling certification in the state of Maryland.
Emily is a firm believer in providing individualized and exceptional care to all of her patients, with the overall goal of helping others to improve their quality of life and reach their personal goals.
Outside of the clinical setting, Emily enjoys running, traveling, baking, and cooking, as well as spending time with her family and friends. Above all, Emily loves spending time with her husband, Mark, and pets, Bear and Simon.
Rebecca Moore, PT, DPT
Dr. Rebecca Moore grew up in Middletown, MD. She attended Stevenson University for her undergraduate degree, where she graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry. She was a goal keeper for Stevenson University’s Women’s Soccer Team her first semester, but unfortunately was unable to continue after a career ending concussion. After her concussion, she became a member of Stevenson’s Track and Field team. Through her own personal rehabilitation journey, she found her passion for physical therapy. After working for 2 years as a clinical assistant, she started her journey towards her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Shenandoah University, where she graduated in August 2021.
As she starts her journey as a physical therapist, she enjoys treating a variety of patient presentations. She has special interests in concussion rehab, sports performance, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Rebecca will start pursuing her pelvic floor rehabilitation specialty at the beginning of this year. She hopes to be able to merge the worlds of sports and pelvic floor rehab in the future.
When not working, Rebecca enjoys powerlifting, playing recreational sports, and baking.
Jennifer Robertson, PTA, LMT
Jennifer Robertson grew up in Chambersburg, PA and now resides in Greencastle, PA with her family. She attended Penn State University where she graduated with her Associate of Science degree. She worked in an outpatient physical therapy facility for several years as a physical therapy assistant, PTA, before deciding to go back to school to pursue massage therapy. She then attended Synergy School of Massage Therapy and Healing Arts where she graduated and became a licensed massage therapist.
As a physical therapist assistant and licensed massage therapist, Jennifer enjoys seeing a variety of patients and also offers pregnancy massage therapy sessions. She has over 25 years of experience working as a PTA and over 15 years experience as a LMT.
In her free time, Jennifer loves being outdoors and especially enjoys hiking and mountain biking. She also cherishes time spent with her family and friends.
